Live Plant Disclaimer
Plants are living beings, and it’s normal for them to experience minor stress during transit – such as slight yellowing, drooping, or shedding. With sunlight, water, and a little care, your plant will bounce back beautifully!
Also, no two plants are alike. Size, shape, and color may vary slightly from what you see online — these are natural variations and not considered defects.
Replacement Policy
When is a Replacement Issued?
We will issue a free replacement if:
The product or plant arrives damaged or non-functional
You receive the wrong item

What Happens Next?
Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost

Exceptions
Minor transit stress like yellowing or drooping in live plants is not covered for replacement — these are common and reversible.
