Returns & Replacements
• Can You Return Plants?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on them.
However, we guarantee healthy plants on arrival. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos—we’re here to help.
Note: Minor signs of stress (like drooping leaves) are normal after shipping and usually revive with proper care.
• Can You Return Non-Plant Products?
Yes. If you’re unhappy with any non-plant product (like soil, fertilizers, pots, tools), we’re happy to help.
